Our “HSE-philosophy” is based on the premise that every accident could be avoided. Our goal is zero accidents and zero near accidents and we employ the motto “Safety First”.

Safety always has the first priority for our team, and this is reflected in our ongoing workplace training. Our workforce comprises an international team who are encouraged to act safe. 

We use an approved occupational health service and carry out regular health examinations, well-being surveys and follow-up of our employees’ health.

In addition to personal safety, we shall not harm the external environment.

The company audits its HSE routines regularly, and in 2023 we were certified as an Eco-lighthouse. The Eco-lighthouse scheme is based on a set of general requirements, the General Industry Criteria, which applies to enterprises in all industries, and includes over 70 sets of criteria applicable to specific industries. Industries are classified according to the Norwegian Standard Industrial Classification (SIC2007). To achieve certification under the Eco-lighthouse scheme, enterprises must satisfy both the General Industry Criteria and the criteria specific to their respective industry.
